Pat Ryan

Pat Ryan is a Principal and Chief Financial Officer at ATP Tech Capital Management. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s finance functions globally. Previously, Pat was the Head of Finance, leading the Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Fund Treasury, Corporate Tax and Facilities teams. Pat joined ATP Tech in 2012 as the firm’s Controller. Prior to ATP Tech , Pat was a Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Accounting at AllianceBernstein, where he oversaw the company’s corporate accounting, regulatory reporting and shared services functions among other responsibilities. He began his career as an audit practice manager at KPMG. Pat earned a B.S. from the Fordham University School of Business with a concentration in accounting.
