We incorporate teamwork into everything we do and collaborate across departments on a daily basis. For example, when developing a smart trading system, portfolio managers and engineers work together, and researchers and business development teams work closely together to deliver high-value solutions to clients.

We also have a system in place to support research based on the knowledge and useful data of our analysts across fields. Working here requires intellectual curiosity and a sense of responsibility. I am involved in developing systems and tools to support operations and business development teams in the fields of sales, marketing, and service engineering. Our goal is to improve customer experience, simplify business processes, and provide smooth access for users. As projects become more diverse and complex, we are constantly required to select the latest technologies and devise ways to utilize them according to business flows.
For example, one of the projects we are currently working on involves reviewing the communication method between multiple important systems, and the engineering and business development departments are working closely together to move forward with this project.
What's attractive about this job is that it combines technical challenges with a business perspective. I find it very rewarding to be able to derive simple and elegant solutions from issues that may seem complex at first glance, and to see that directly translate into results for the company.
